T-Systems When T-Systems wanted to take their internal learning solution to the next stage they leveraged their current learning services relationship with QA to build and deploy a centralised learning portal solution. The Challenge T-Systems wanted to focus on creating a much stronger internal focus on people development, a structured development discussion format (EDD) and provide their people with access to a strong, centrally-coordinated training portfolio. They were also keen to streamline the way their people managed their development, training administration and procurement processes and saw automation as a way to achieve this.
