In 2017, Super Retail Group (SRG) identified a lack of employee recognition as a barrier to higher engagement, with only 56% of its 12,000 team members feeling adequately recognized. To address this, SRG launched the ‘SOULmoments’ recognition program powered by Achievers. Within three months, 70% of employees were active, generating over 53,000 recognition moments. After six months, SRG achieved 100,000 recognition moments and improved engagement scores. Since launch, SRG has celebrated 500,000 recognition moments, with stores showing higher recognition also achieving a 21% higher transaction value.
