Sumitomo Mitsui being the Main Contractor needed to make a right decision on the choice of waterproofing system to the roof. Recognizing that the roof is going to cover both showroom and workshop in the future, any leakage would not be desirable. Even if somehow unlikely leakage is identified, the defect must be dealt with quickly and arrested effectively. With this thinking, Sumitomo Mitsui relied on Cementaid Caltite system to do the work.
