Project Page: Audi Showroom Audi Showroom Premium Automobiles is the sole distributor of Audi cars in Singapore. Owing to the high demand of working space, Premium Automobiles decided to build a modern showroom at Alexandra Rd. The building was designed with 3-levels basement, whereas B1 is meant for reception and B2 and 3 are meant for parking. The consultants were very particular to the choice of waterproofing system. In fact, even the intermediate floors are waterproofed by Cementaid 3CC system in event if water from car washing may seep through the slab. As for the lowest basement slab, it was cast with Caltite to the top 300mm layer of the raft only. The project was handed over in 2011.
