Good location as it is, the site is very much disturbed by heavy traffic in the vicinity. The Contractor Shimizu during planning stage has already fixed his mind on Cementaid's Caltite system to the basement. The basement is 3 levels deep and under high hydrostatic pressure. Moreover, with such short construction period, other waterproofing system which requires a long list of installation detailings may not be desirable.
