SJ Berwin LLP run a program called “Insight” in which associates are asked for feedback throughout their career at the firm. In 2011, the Insight session asked associates to identify any ways that SJ Berwin could improve inter-office working practices. Small breakout teams were set up to explore this issue and come up with innovative solutions. This session was different to past sessions because almost every group identified the same issue
