The client, a large UK hospital, decided to migrate to Microsoft Office 365 to replace their costly email system and avoid an expensive upgrade. An infrastructure upgrade was required in order to provide email to the whole hospital which had grown in recent months. Additionally, there was an increasing demand from users to access email anytime, anywhere and from any device which was not possible with the hospitals current infrastructure.
