It is located just adjacent to Paya Lebar MRT Station, one of the busiest MRT Stations in Singapore. This building is designed with 4 levels basement whereas only the B4 level is solely for car park and the rest levels are habitable areas, a combination of retail outlets / food court and car park. During tendering stage, Contractors were all reminded that this project would not be an easy task. The basement is deep and the location is very near to the existing MRT line.
