The Single LEAP project, a public-private partnership led by Plenary Group, provides over 4,400 high-quality accommodation units for the Australian Defence Force across all mainland states. Using QFM software, Plenary efficiently manages maintenance, occupancy, and lifecycle costs, ensuring contract compliance and minimizing penalties. The system enables real-time tracking, centralized booking, and automated reporting for asset management across 17 sites. With 163,000 assets, Plenary leverages QFM’s analytics to optimize equipment maintenance and reduce failures. Future plans include cloud migration and tablet integration to enhance responsiveness, improve data sharing, and streamline service operations for Defence personnel.
