Sigma Nursing addressed the lack of leadership preparation among nurses by creating an empowerment program using LinkedIn Learning. Amid the pandemic and nursing shortage, nurses were taking on leadership roles without formal training. The program offered free, accessible courses on essential soft skills like communication, resilience, and conflict resolution. Pre- and post-assessment surveys showed that 93% of nurses felt more confident, 99% found value in the program, and 66% felt prepared for promotion. This initiative supported nurses’ career development, helping them lead effectively under pressure.
