Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta used LinkedIn Learning to help nurses develop skills and earn professional accreditations amid a pandemic-induced talent shortage. The challenge was retaining nurses who lacked soft skills due to limited in-person clinical training during the pandemic. LinkedIn Learning provided on-demand access to courses, including soft skills and technical knowledge, which boosted engagement and career development. The program was accredited by the Georgia Nursing Association, enabling nurses to earn certifications. 23% of participants received promotions, and 100 different courses were completed, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
