THE BRIEF SCS had already developed the Siera application using Sencha ExtJS 4 and wanted to upgrade to a newer version of the ExtJS framework. SCS wanted the web application to be reskinned and enhanced reporting tools added using the latest ExtJS charting technology to give property fund managers an easy way to produce and analyse reports that conform to industry standards with minimal effort.
