THE BRIEF Scottish Widows were looking for a suite of user-friendly, fully responsive tools to use with their employees and customers. All tools were to be built using modern application platforms and follow the most recent brand guidelines. It was requested that the users can easily save their unique results with options to email or print. THE SOLUTION We followed UX principles and practices to craft a user-centred solution that helps the user understand his options and plan retirement. In only few easy steps, user receives a personalised result based on his attitude to risk and reward or desirable income goals at retirement.
