THE CLIENT Safestore is the UK’s largest provider of self-storage, with over 100 centres nationwide each operating as separate entities. Its Head Office based in Borehamwood in Hertfordshire houses the core administrative and management functions, as well as an inbound Contact Centre. Customer billing for every Safestore site is handled centrally and all staff in the centres log on to the Head Office portal to access information and files.
