Refining an early Cloud HCM implementation and creating lasting support capabilities
The City and County, with 70,000 residents and 1,000 employees, implemented Oracle Cloud HCM in 2017, covering HR, Benefits, Compensation, Time & Labor, Absence, and Payroll. Post-implementation, unsustainable configurations led to manual processes. In 2018, eVerge conducted a Cloud HCM Health Check, identifying issues and implementing a remediation plan. Key improvements included correcting Benefit and Payroll configurations, reconfiguring Time & Labor, and expanding report libraries. Strategic objectives for 2021 involve migrating to Cloud HCM Learn and deploying Oracle Digital Assistant. The City and County successfully transitioned to eVerge Live managed support.
