A scrap yard needed to reclaim the steel on the ground of their yard and presented 3 challenges to General Kinematics for a turn-key system:1. Receive and meter product (scrap steel sized 2ʺ to 60ʺ, clay/dirt, wire/fluff, and organics) for processing.2. Size and isolate product 0ʺ-1/2ʺ, 1/2ʺ-4ʺ, and 4ʺ and above then then transfer this to individual storage bunkers. 3. Provide suitable sorting arrangement for removal of non-ferrous product from the 4ʺ+ product stream.
