Q2, a financial experience company, partnered with Presidio and AWS to migrate its core digital banking platform to avoid multi-million-dollar hardware costs and reduce customer service costs by 25 percent. Presidio developed Q2 Migration Manager, an automated platform integrating Jenkins, Bitbucket, Salesforce, and AWS services to accelerate migration with security, scalability, and real-time monitoring. A proof-of-concept migrated over 2,000 customer containers with a 95 percent success rate, cutting migration time from two hours to 14 minutes and reducing manual effort by 96 percent. The full migration of 300,000 containers and 500TB of data is targeted for early 2025, enabling modernization and future cloud innovations.
