Polyethylene blockage? Give us fve minutes. Mexico Facility High-density polyethylene is a high-maintenance problem—literally. Once it clogs your process lines, you typically face a cumbersome cleanup process. As a result of an unexpected power failure, one particular cusomer in Mexico had to contend with hundreds of feet of the subborn material. Clearing the lines would require disassembly into 10-20-foot sections of 12-inch pipe, accompanied by tediously inefective hydroblasing—adding up to a month of expensive downtime our cusomer didn’t have. Hydrokinetics was able to break down the process lines into 70-foot sections, safely and completely cleaning each section at an average of fve minutes each.
