Cleaning up after traditional hydroblasing. Maintenance Program One Middle Eas cusomer was dealing with a particularly sicky polyethylene plugging up their intercooler equipment. After cleaning their lines once with a traditional hydroblaser process, they called Hydrokinetics for a high-end cleaning of their critical-path equipment in order to meet higher specifcations. They were surprised by what hydroblasing had left behind. In addition to safely and efectively removing all foulant—down to the metal—we were able to reduce their total outage from 28 to 14 days, which gave them back two full weeks of production.
