Here’s his story. “I joined Selwood straight from leaving the Army, starting out labouring and driving. This involved installation, deliveries and working on the crane. It was clear from the start that there would be room for career progression in the future, with Selwood recognising my potential. Initially our small depot was in Widnes but after several years we moved to a super depot in Kirby, meaning more opportunities for development.
