It is a unique joint venture between the Cabinet Office and Sopra Steria. SSCL provide Finance & Accounting, HR, Recruitment & Vetting, Payroll, IT Contact Centre services to central government organisations. SSCL has undertaken a significant and award-winning transformation programme, which has included creating four Centres of Excellence and onboarding 300,000 users onto their Standard Operating Platform (SOP).
