The terminals are located in the Midwest, Florida and the Carolinas. His father started the business in 1992 and James came on board in 2000 after graduating from college with degrees in business and computer science. “I started at the bottom collecting logs, doing order entry and copying invoices,” Yun said. “That helped me realize the processes and how I could go about streamlining them,” he explained. “In the beginning, everything was done by FAX and phone,” Yun said. “We had three terminals then and they all invoiced separately, kind of like a
