PakLab, a US contract manufacturer for health, beauty and household brands, needed to scale while relying only on ERP and Outlook to manage sales and marketing, making activity tracking and handoffs difficult. AllCloud implemented Salesforce Sales Cloud for about 20 users, created standardized sales and lead processes, integrated Outlook and Sage ERP, and set rules for data access and reporting across sales, R&D, project management and product development. PakLab now has a centralized CRM hub, cross-team collaboration via tasks and Chatter, and pipeline dashboards that give executives full visibility into opportunities and performance.
