Padua College’s campuses were being impacted by growing pains from its significant and consistent expansion.? Its concerns centred around property data, primarily: • Lack of accurate drawings for buildings and for the complete site • Limited hard copy records of service locations • No ability to provide measurements of rooms and/or buildings without physically re-measuring. These problems were growing exponentially each year and impacting the ability of the property team to manage the day-to-day running of the College, especially their inability to access and provide even the most basic maps and copies of original drawings when requested.
