Open University: Beneficial business case and successful migration to Planon Cloud service
THE SITUATION In 2006, Planon’s software was initially installed on the OU’s IT infrastructure and was operated and managed by their IT department. Because multiple internal stakeholders from both Estates and Central IT were involved ? each having their own specific priorities, timelines, and resource availability ? keeping up-to-date with new Planon software releases was more complex than it needed to be.
