Ontario - Putnam Commercial Vehicle Inspection Facility Project Description:For this project, IRD supplied and supervised the installation of the Northbound and Southbound Weigh-In-Motion (WIM) ramp sorter system portion of the project including Static scales on highway 401 near Putnam Ontario. The WIM subsystem includes iSINC® WIM electronics, weigh pad wim scales, iSINC® electronics, over-height detectors, manual over-ride consoles in operator kiosk, license plate capture cameras, operator interface computers in the triage lane booths and on-site supervision. The static scale subsystem includes the static scales, interface electronics, a weight display sign and trac lights. This project also included maintenance and service of the WIM and static scale system for a period of 5-years.
