The idea of this project is to maximize the internal area of the basement so that the owner can have a bigger retails space for rent. There are altogether two levels basement. Consultants are asked to select a waterproofing system in order to fit in the requirement. Eventually, Cementaid, as a trustworthy waterproofing supplier to Meinhardt, proposed to cast a Caltite incorporated waterproofing RC skin wall directly butt with the Diaphragm Wall behind. In so doing, space meant for scupper drain and false wall would be saved. Internal area of basement is therefore utilized to the maximum. Also, this project links up existing Sommerset
