The project involved the construction of a new two storey office building located at the entrance of a large housing estate. The construction took place on a brownfield site replacing an existing large window and doors factory. The construction comprised of piled foundations and PCC block and beam floor. PCC fair faced stairs , a stair lift and landings were installed. The walls consisted of facing brickwork with coloured mortar and curtain walling with a canopy situated above the entrance. The roof comprised a mixture of single ply flat and pitched tile roofing. Internally there was 3no office space, a kitchen area and toilets on both the ground and first floor.
