HOLTS COURT, HARLOW
The project involved the refurbishment, alteration and conversion of existing listed farm buildings into new office buildings. The 3 existing farm buildings were renovated, converting building 1 into units 1&2, building 2 into units 3-8 and building 3 into units 9-11. The exising farm buildings were stripped back and floor slabs and foundations were installed. The original roof coverings and windows were removed and replaced with traditional materials to match the previous design. The external fascade was of timber clad and full refurbishment works were carried out internally. Evers made connections inside of buildings to gas,electric, heating, clean and foul water systems and provision of new car parking. CLIENT MJ & SC Collins ARCHITECT Whymark & Moulton VALUE £700,000
