“SGI started rolling out O365 early in 2019, but soon realized that without the proper governance and change management processes in place the project would be less than successful. We took a step back to build out these processes, consider adoption, and built a methodical plan to roll it out to the organization. Our first wave of Exchange users were migrated when the COVID19 pandemic hit. We were able to complete the Exchange rollout, and turn Teams functionality on to allow us to communicate from our new work environments. All of SGI was using the product within a week! The Employee Experience Team is now in the process of implementing OneDrive and SharePoint so we can effectively collaborate sharing files.
