No. 4 Recovery Furnace Upgrade Camas, WA The recovery furnace control system at Georgia-Pacic had become obsolete and was no longer supported by the OEM. The system included a Honeywell TDC3000 and Honeywell HPM distributed control system and pneumatic single loop controllers. This project installed a new Honeywell Experion distributed control system (DCS) and included replacement of the process and burner management PLC systems. New electronic eld instrumentation replaced the existing pneumatic eld instrumentation and was wired to new Honeywell Experion I/O.
