Project Type: Multi-Family Residential NGBS Rating System: New Construction Certification Level: Bronze The ATAPCO decided in the early stages of the Design Documentation phase that they would pursue National Green Building Standard certification for the Creekside Apartments because of the scope of the project as well as the applicability of NGBS rating system. The Creekside Clubhouse was built on a former brownfield site, and was fully remediated prior to starting construction. Atapco also went above and beyond storm water quality and quantity requirements by using 100% native landscaping, which reduces the need for any irrigation.
