Project Type: Multi-Family Residential Clubhouse LEED Rating System: New Construction Certification Level: Silver Atapco Properties, Inc. decided in the early stages of the Design Documentation phase that they would pursue LEED certification for the Creekside Apartments Clubhouse. The Creekside Clubhouse was built on a former brownfield site, and was fully remediated prior to starting construction. Atapco Properties also used wood framing for the entire structure, which was all locally sourced within 500 miles of the Clubhouse. The project used 100% native plantings for all landscaping, which reduces the need for any irrigation.
