Case Studies New Build Food Laboratory John Lord has installed 300m2 of its exclusive Uragard HT62W polyurethane resin flooring formulation, finished off with a surface top-coat of Uragard SLR, at a new hygienic food research laboratory in the South West of England. During the specification process it became clear that space was tight and access to clean the floor area was quite restricted: This meant that conventional cleaning would not be an option. However, it was also paramount that clean and hygienic conditions were maintained in the laboratory.
