Following notifi cation that the new American Embassy was being relocated in Nine Elms, Jack Barclay Ltd instructed EHW to work up designs for a partially occupied building in Wandsworth as a potential replacement for their established Nine Elms site. The brief extended to fully refurbishing the building to accommodate both Audi and Bentley servicing facilities, together with providing a large state of the art bodyshop. The contract duration was six months and the contract value in excess of £1.6 million. EHW project managed the full design process including co- ordinating the dealer’s workshop equipment and bodyshop suppliers.
