The solution ExcelRedstone developed a comprehensive plan for installing, commissioning and testing wi-fi equipment and cabling infrastructure to deliver the required coverage of approx. 15m2 without impacting on normal retail operations. By developing that plan in close liaison with both WAP provider Vodafone and the client team, we were able to schedule a tight six-week out-of-hours programme. Unsupervised installation would be carried out by our highly experienced and PES-cleared engineers. Implementation Throughout the project we deployed two mobile teams with fully-equipped vehicles.
