Beck Engineering designed a modular steel access tower for a remote industrial site where on-site construction costs were high. The structure needed to withstand lifting, transportation, and operational loads. Using Altair S-FRAME and S-STEEL, engineers performed linear and nonlinear analyses across multiple load cases, including transport deceleration and seismic effects. The modular approach enabled off-site fabrication, faster erection, and higher construction quality. Simulation ensured structural integrity throughout the lifecycle. The project reduced costs, improved safety, and demonstrated the effectiveness of modular design supported by integrated structural analysis tools.
