South West London and St George’s Mental Health Trust Mental Health: CAMHS Transformation Case Study Service Challenge QUALITY AND ECONOMY The Trust was providing specialist Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) across five London boroughs, but struggling to achieve waiting times, service quality expectations and control cost. The savings challenge was £1.06m.
