We have been appointed on many occasions to supply HVAC services, whether it be new build or upgrade of existing. Air Options were asked to carry out a feasibility survey of the Euston Rd site and produce budgets accordingly. The project was to be a mixture of comfort cooling for o&ce areas and installation of a laboratory in the basement. The lab area needed to comply to stringent guidelines surrounding cross contamination and cleanliness of the areas. Some areas operate under positive pressure and others under negative to suit the clients business model and to also meet legislation. All lab areas need to be clean
