This diner is situated on one of Scotland’s busiest road networks between Queensway and East Kilbride Expressway and, as a result, it has a reputation for being extremely popular. Approach As longstanding contractors for McDonald’s, Pacific drew on their unmatched experience of delivering restaurants for the fast-food chain on time and budget, whatever the demands of the project. A comprehensive makeover was commissioned, and it involved almost every aspect of the restaurant, from herring-bone flooring to furniture, tiling, self-order kiosks, TV screens, electronic tablets, lighting, new kitchen and decor.
