Mass Flow Blender Ensures Pellet Mix Product Uniformity The Need A client had a need to blend a highly segregating mixture, consisting of relatively large plastic pellets and small beads, to a high degree of uniformity, which represented a difficult blending problem. After several weeks of testing equipment, the client found that a V-blender could not provide the required close blending uniformity.
