Now completed the site is home to 34 one bedroom and 24 two-bedroom apartments exclusively available to the over 70s. The full build programme took place over just 51 weeks and during this time the SM Scaolding installation team worked to six separate plank dates hitting each one on time, allowing the team of thirty strong bricklayers to complete their element of the build from DPC (damp-proof course) to roof.
