But if you’re in the vicinity of the 11th Arrondissement, Tigrane Seydoux and Victor Lugger, the entrepreneurs behind Big Mamma, have filled a gap. A casual-dining restaurant inspired by the trattorias of Italy, where good food made with great Italian produce is available at reasonable prices, East Mamma is designed by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio.
