LimaCorporate adopts LinkedIn Learning to #Breakthebias

LimaCorporate partnered with LinkedIn Learning in 2022 to boost employee engagement and raise awareness around DEI topics, particularly in honor of International Women’s Day. To achieve this, they launched a campaign encouraging over 1,000 employees to activate their LinkedIn Learning licenses and take the "Unconscious Bias" course. The time spent on LinkedIn Learning directly influenced donations to women’s charities, Catalyst and UN Women. The campaign saw 100% license activation and 65% of employees became repeat learners in March, reinforcing LimaCorporate’s commitment to DEI and fostering a more inclusive workplace culture.
