Launching a European prototype for Nissan - Brands2Life Nissan appointed Brands2Life to launch its prototype Scratch Shield iPhone case for journalists, which featured the brand’s pioneering self-healing paint finish. The launch smashed KPI targets in terms of UK media coverage, with national and technology media covering the story. The coverage went global with coverage in key markets Germany and France, as well as North America,Japan, the Nordics and Australia. The campaign stimulated a groundswell of consumer demand for the product. We therefore worked with Nissan to carefully control the message, samples and product demos to ensure consumers understood the product is an inspiring pilot, and is useful and innovative – but not indestructible.
