THE SITUATION This medical center comprises multiple organizations, each with its own defined mission. While they all share the same space, because the missions of these organizations differ, each organization has a distinct model for revenue and reimbursements. As the medical center grew over time, space was obtained and shared based on a series of unique negotiations, rather than a standard formula.
