During the initial site works the main contractor had encountered fibrous asbestos buried in large quantities across the site. KKB having previous experience of this type of problem on a similar scale were contacted to remediate the soil which was sized from large boulder to fine soil. The material was processed in full compliance with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012. The project was monitored by an independent analytical company and works were carried out under controlled conditions i.e.
