Overview Khan Banks serves over 2.3 million customers in Mongolia. It is one of the largest retail banks in the country, providing services to an estimated 70% of Mongolian households. The bank offers a comprehensive range of retail banking ser- vices including bank accounts, mortgages, and innovative e-banking services. It also works with small and medium-sized businesses, as well as corporate and institutional clients. Challenge Khan Bank has 4,500 employees, of which 3,000 use its production systems on a daily ba- sis.
