CASE STUDY KAYA FESTIVAL OF WORLD MUSIC AND ARTS Kaya is a festival of world art and music that takes place in Margam Park, South Wales. Licensed for 5000 people for the weekend, it includes three live stages, DJs, world music, children’s areas, fairground rides, wood carving and circus skills as well as overnight camping. Following a recommendation we met with the event organisers who were in need of up to date and competent assistance for a much bigger event than previous years. We reviewed all plans, suggested amendments to site arrangements to assist crowd flow, developed safety plans and more.
