K-12 DINING EXPANDING STAFF’S CULINARY SKILLS AND STUDENTS’ PALATES CASE STUDY:The McKinney Independent School District in Texas has invested in two areas that have significantly changed the flavor and success of its student dining program: developing its employees’ culinary capabilities and offering a wide range of dining options for students of all ages.
